1. Lead business development activities and develops growth strategies and plans to grow new clients
2. Effectively build, manage, and close a sales pipeline of qualified customers for ICIS products and services
3. Demonstrate our products focusing on the customer’s business objectives
4. Go the extra mile to exceed Sales targets and facilitate future sales
5. Ask questions to understand customer requirements, purchasing dynamics, and contracting processes
6. Practice good data management by entering and maintaining customer information into Salesforce.com and relevant CRM databases
7. Keep records of sales and note useful information

2. Highly self-motivated, energetic individual who builds strong relationships quickly
3. Strong focus on solution sales and selling on value
4. Commercially minded with a strong motivation to succeed in a high performing sales team
5. Experience in selling services/data/technology into the financial industry will be an advantage
6. Strong business acumen to understand the implication of changing markets and economies to the clients’ role and business
7. Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs in the changing market, our customers and the business
8. Great negotiation and communication skills
9. Be prepared for occasional business travel
