 Combine category assortment plans from CTC category planning team, and finalize into a holistic assortment plan (width only)
1. Sense-check, feedback and confirm the final output of each assortment plan against brand and commercial objectives (product type, launch flow, marketing calendar, mandatory range, retail space, consumer journey, etc.)
2. Output all merchandising boards for all store formats
3. Handover assortment plans to VM Prep for output of VM renderings
4. Handover assortment plans to DTC for e-com planning and depth completion
5. Deliver category assortment plan presentations at Seasonal Sales Summit and provide material and support for Sales Training
6. Sample merchandising / Management together with CTC Category and VM for Tenjikai.
7. SI & ST tracking & analysis
1. Marketing, merchandising and/or retail experience, with a distinct track record of success
2. Strong presentation/communications skills
3. Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
4. Solid merchandising experience with retail end in mind
5. Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
6. Channel or retail experience will be preferred
7. University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
8. At least 3-5 years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
9. Fluent in English
10. Native level in Japanese
11. Passion for sports
