1. Responsibilities to initiate, develop, and communicate specific customer strategy (4PS) and sales initiatives for TGM customers
2. Proposes market segmentation and segments priorities and defines service requirements for TGM customers. Provide feedback to Sales Forces and Store Operations on customer needs by segment
3. Partner with Offer Management to develop segment specific product strategies. Define key account assortments by segment
4. Partner with Sales Force to develop tools and strategies for customer consultants to approach TGM customers by segment & store (market)
5. Partner within Offer Management Team and across the organization to initiate and coordinate projects required for TGM specific promotions and marketing efforts
1. At least 5-year experience in marketing, sales, customer management of sizeable wholesale, retail or food service organizations or management position a restaurant or restaurant chain
2. Fluent in English and Japanese (both written and spoken)
