Responsibilities
1.Draw and design midterm long term business plan with a) reasonable overall business strategy including reasonable key mile stones b) high level financial figures includes topline growth and profit based on the expectations of CEO/ Head of corporate planning
2.Collaborate with finance and business KPI analysis management team to understand past/ current / future performance
3.Describe short term/ Midterm and long term Strategic Business Initiative with corroborating with each of business head (Head of Call center, Head of Supply Chain Management, Head of Client Sales and other business heads)
4.Boost and support business growth through solid control of periodic SBI monitoring and management
5.Organize following important internal meetings: Weekly management meeting, business initiative update meeting and business review with Japan regional management team' including material preparation stakeholder communication
6.Establish good relationship with key stakeholders through Periodic / timely communication with Key stakeholder and maintains stakeholder's understanding towards business at reasonable level
7.Manage key business initiative(s) and lead to make successful launch or completion. It contains a) define a scope of business initiative b) roles and responsibility of each of function c) set overall schedules and key mile stones d) periodic update or review or reporting

Requirements
 ESSENTIAL SKILL
1.Understand complex issues and deliver information in a concise manner.
2.Ability to solve issues / Analytical skills.
3.5 to 10 years of working experience at strategic consulting, FP&A or business planning area is a plus
4.Work experience in product or service development is also a plus
5.Experience in subscription business. (Telecom industry experience a plus)• Communication skills in a multi-cultural and bilingual business environment.
6.Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, power point)
7.Strong communication skill (well established relationship with stakeholders include function leaders, regional management team including foreigners
8.Team player, positive mind set, proactive thinker, proactive action taker
9.Project management skill, Cross functional PJ experiences
10.Good command of English (TOEIC 800 or above)
PREFERRED SKILL
1.Master of Business Administration degree is a plus
2.Experience in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
3.Japanese: Native or Fluent; English: Business level
