Responsibilities
1. Dedicated technical specialist who supports Komoju (e-payments platform) and SaaS products (New Relic)
2. Visit and support clients from implementation and deployment of services and solutions to sales
3. Hear and improve the customer's operational issues in the solution, and make suggestions for improvement

Requirements
1. Vendor Professional Services and Project Experience with System Integration
2. Familiarity with the latest technologies and IT industry, and ability to collect information
3. Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and AWS
4. Design and construction experience of web application and web service
5. High ability to analyze technical and project management matter
6. In-house coordination ability to answer customer requirements
7. Communication and relationship building ability
8. Fluent Japanese language ability
9. English skills (reading and writing)
