Responsibilities
1. Proven record building long-lasting customer partnerships.
2. Program management during the on-boarding and deployment business.
3. Configuration of the platform in alignment with business requirements.
4. Assistance with connecting sensors to servers.
5. Product training, security training and consultation.
6. Regularly scheduled touch-points for the duration of the deployment lifecycle.
7. Technical proficiency in computer networking, protocols and operating system.
8. Managed the onboarding project milestone, schedule and tasks.

Requirements
1. 3+Years of customer-facing organizations and 6+Years of technical related organizations (i.e. Technical support or Sales Engineer)
2. Network technologies (Firewalls, routers and switches) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP etc)
3. Operating System knowledge (Windows, Linux and Mac)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Japanese and English.
