1. The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue from Japan based advertisers by selling advertising and sponsorship solutions from the company’s website, and other upcoming commercial platforms the company will develop and make available for advertising.
2. The Account Manager personally generates sales revenue from designated clients in Japan as directed by Japan’s Managing Director, while also supporting the overall sales and project delivery effort of the Japan team, working closely with Account Director and Planner.



1. Bilingual - Must be fluent in Japanese, verbal and written; must be proficient in English, business level preferred
2. 5-6 years in media sales or advertising
3. TV & digital sales experience preferred
4. Experience in selling international media (TV & digital) in Japan – a strong plus.
5. Influencing senior managers in client / agency organisations
6. Successful track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in a stiff competitive environment
7. Understand Japan market and its nuance and culture
