Responsibilities
1. Draw up and promote Customer Support (CS) strategies.
2. Design unified KPI in CS operations within the company, establish and standardize management structures.
3. Re-build CRM and promote application of IT regarding CS operations.
4. Manage Voice of Customers (VOC), leading promotion of service improvements originated from VOC, and cooperating with related departments and groups
5. Manage CS operations throughout multiple departments and/or groups.
5. Manage human resources.

Requirements
1. Work experience of more than 5 years.
2. Strong leadership and high communication skills.
3. Have vigor and mindset to persevere to the completion.
4. Experienced in Project Management and/or managing a large-scale CS organization.
