1. Achieves sales targets for Japan in a cost effective manner.
2. Identifies new business opportunities to increase market share or penetration of solutions.
3. Plans, organizes and executes sales campaigns in order to develop revenue opportunities and to maximize revenue growth.
4. Delivers against KPIs and objectives as assigned by senior management.
5. Regular contact with prospects and existing customers to develop relationships to better understand their business, their goals and their requirements.
6. Establishes strong working relationships with all other areas in order to develop and deliver bespoke customer solutions.
7. Delivers a high level of customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.


1. More than 5 years of consultative sales experience.
2. Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
3. Experience selling enterprise software solutions would be an advantage.
4. Native in Japanese and business level in English.
