1. Be part of Management team whose mission is to add selection from new and existing publishing relationships while keeping sustainable margin.
2. Influence the whole publishing industry to drive the shift to digitization by presenting the positive effect and sharing success stories through various industry bodies
3. Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with publishing partners up to C-level.
4. Working with publishing partners, contribute to the timely delivery of digital assets to ensure "onsite" on the first possible time and date where we have the rights to sell the product.
5. Build internal and external metric reports that drive new selection.
6. Coordinate and work with internal/external partners to ensure agreement terms are executed accurately, and to resolve any merchandising and content receipt issues.

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Several years of relevant business development or account management experience.
4. Experience in supporting business contract negotiations.
5. Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment.
6. Ability to absorb and use data to drive fast accurate decisions for the customer.
7. Strong analytical skills with proven experience of Excel including Macros, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups.
8. Strong team-playing skills.
9. Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
10. Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English, both verbal and written, are required.
