1. Obsess over customers and how they engage with the company on our website, mobile, and app.
2. Create and schedule individual merchandising campaigns for Digital Music across the website, mobile devices, and music apps.
3. Ownership of highly visible programs and projects including responsibility for measuring and analyzing the performance and identifying new opportunities based on customer and business data.
4. Understand various levers we have for improving customer engagement and conversion, analyze current performance on those levers and implement initiatives for improvement.
5. Document results and share best-practices across worldwide organization.


1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
2. Bachelor's degree.
3. 3+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing, marketing communications, product management for consumer products and services.
4. Knowledge of Excel and demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficient, unreliable processes.
7. Ability to deliver on multiple deadlines and prioritize compulsively as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
8. Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools and ability to learn new tools quickly.
