1. Develop and implement sales strategies and forecast according to long and short term objectives and market trends and customer analysis.
2. Achieve budgeted sales target and plan trade spending within company guideline.
3. Manage trade spending (rebate).
4. Manage trade marketing (planning, display/POP/ISP, promoter management).
5. Working with the marketing team to initiate, plan, develop, coordinate and execute sales strategies and programs for sales team.
6. Drive profitable growth for his assigned account.
7. Review business plans with sales team and customer to get feedback and improve further business plan.
8. Manage, train, develop, coach and guide sales team.
9. Establish alliance partners to create new business opportunities for growth.
10. Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
11. Share market trends and Develop action plan.
12. Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
13. Develop strategies and action plan base on the market sales reports.
14. Advises and consults management team on current developments and trends including customer reaction and distribution channels.

1. BA/BS degree, Degree in Business Administration preferred.
2. Good understanding and knowledge of financial measures and the ability to proactively manage financials to meet objectives.
3. Exceptional negotiation, documentation and execution skills.
4. Good analytical and business acumen skill.
5. Good written and communication skill with all levels of management.
6. Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing through e-mail).
7. Project Management skills: capability of managing complex project.
8. Strong presentation skills.
9. Computer skills: Good MS Office PC Knowledge.
10. Product positioning and marketing skill.
11. Minimum 15 years of proven relevant experience. (FMCG, Electric Appliances Industry, and Consumer Durable Goods) .
12. Experience in sales (as Key Account Manager and Field Sales).
13. Experience as head of sales or leading a sales team.
14. On-line sales with Amazon, Rakuten, etc. preferred.
