1. Builds and maintains strategic account plans for accounts under management.
2. Manages, retains and grows revenue, responsible for sales and accountable for service performance.
3. Responsible for enterprise relationship between company and client.
3. Develops strong, high level, contact network within accounts.
4. Drives execution of strategy on the account level.
5. Identifies new opportunities, lead sells Enterprise and desktop solutions.
6. Works with and utilizes experts/specialists onto the team where required, has oversight of all account activities.
7. Prioritizes and directs resources in the account team.
8. Is responsible for forecasting, keeping management engaged with accounts in a timely fashion, analyses impact from intelligence on competitor activity, provides feedback to SBUs.
9. Owns local account information in relevant CRM systems.
10. Responsible for net sales and revenue quota achievement.
11. Responsible for local account plan.
12. Acts as customer's advocate within company.

1. Fluent command of Japanese. Good command of the English in business level.
2. Team work spirit - Willingness to participate as a full member of team.
3. Strong sales skills - able to identify and advocate benefits matching customers requirements
4. Self motivated
5. Flexible adaptability - Ability to respond promptly and effectively to change
6. Persuasiveness - Personal style of communication to influence others to accept an idea
7. Initiative - Active attempts to influence events rather than passive acceptance
8. Minimum 5-8 years in corporate sales – responsible for selling of complex solutions.
9. Good knowledge of financial industry.
