1. This position is focused on growing revenue and market share within the designated corporate accounts to achieve the company's strategic objectives
2. Develops and maintains client and partner relationships, creating and closing new sales opportunities to ultimately drive revenue growth.
3. Formulate the local strategy and plan in collaboration with local product specialists and global Practice Group team members to deliver a comprehensive value proposition to meet overall customer needs.
4. We are looking for a candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit, highly customer-driven, able to define both short and long-term strategy and also drive focused execution.
1. Minimum of 10 years of sales / account management experience, with a consistent track record of strong performance that can bring the following skills to the role:
2. Experience in selling enterprise software solutions, with strong component of services
3. 10+ years experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry sector; thorough knowledge of trends impacting the market and the needs of the Automotive/Manufacturing customers. Strong network in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry.
4. Advanced Selling Skills (identify, develop, & articulate a complex proposition / consultative selling).
5. Superior experience engaging and negotiating with business stakeholders at a mid to senior level (i.e. heads of trading, technology, infrastructure and operations).Ability to develop and execute a territory sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology and information systems with a high level of proficiency.
6. Proven ability to lead and operate successfully in a matrixed global organizational structure.
7. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive amidst ambiguity and adapt to shifting circumstances. Having a start-up experience (even within a larger organization) is a must-have experience.
8. Strategic account planning; ability to manage relationships with complex, global accounts.
9. Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization, including C-level executives.
10. Proposal Writing - ability to develop needs assessment and recommend appropriate product/ services to best address client needs.
11. Bilingual skill (Japanese and English)
