1. Deliver recurring and outright revenue to sell specialized products to Wealth management and build on reputation as a business, markets or technology expert.
2. Secure liquidity/ usage growth on selected products.
3. Generate new opportunities, follow and develop opportunities and leads provided by other sources.
4. Provide domain expertise relative to the customer segment (expert in markets-based product knowledge).
5. Ensure the effective handover of accounts to the account management team post set up.
6. Gathers feedback from the customers.
7. Maintain accurate customer contacts and opportunity data in CRM systems.
8. Develop innovative approaches to problems facing financial markets, IT and business owners.
9. Plan the approach with the account manager.
10. Responsible for selling set of products to Wealth management segment in Japan, building on expert knowledge to target client base, recognize client needs and propose solution.
11. Might have specialist sales target for liquidity/ usage relating to a set of products.
1. Fluent Japanese and English speaking and writing.
2. 4 to 10 years working experience.
3. Ability to handle customer contacts and internal business units.
4. Able to work under pressure, independently and good sense of ownership and responsibility.
5. Proven track record meeting sales revenue target.
6. Prior Account Management/Solutions Sales experience working with major Wealth management and brokerage houses.
7. Understand the Wealth Management workflow for various functions and roles within the Advisory and Private Banking
8. Good network in the domestic Wealth Management space would be an advantage
9. Excellent interpersonal skills with effective and positive leadership qualities desired.
10. Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
11. Excellent financial market and industry knowledge required.
12. Experience with business processes: pricing, Investment, settlement, operations etc.
13. Customer experience welcome: Investment, broking, buy side etc.
