1. Set up goal (sales achievement/profit), manage the progress and lead goal achievement with the collaboration with relevant divisions taking a suitable action depending on the situation.
2. Analyze sales data and market trend and manage/strengthen business platform monitoring and improving assortment of product, inventory ratio of the product.
3. Plan and implement new program and promotion collaborating with key merchant.
4. Build up strong partnership with key merchant through the close communication.
5. Collaborate with other relevant divisions: work closely with other relevant people (manager, website designer, merchant business staff, marketing etc.) focusing on efficiency and development of high quality.

1. 5+ years negotiating experience in corporate sales/marketing business setting up a specific number of goal achievement.
2. Financial and accounting knowledge: understand financial data (balance sheet, P/L, and cash flow) and conduct basic financial analysis.
3. Project management: manage cross-functional project including outside partners.
4. Logical thinking and analytical skill: analyze and verify market trend and sales data accurately based on your own tentative theory your own tentative theory.
5. Planning ability: Plan and design to review of process and execute sales strategy with strong ownership.
6. Problem-solving sill: solve risky problem collaborating with both internal and outside relevant people based on the market and sales trend.
7. Negotiation skill: Negotiate with clients to bring a business to a successful end based on the trustful relationship with them understanding their situation and requirements.
8. Computer proficient in Excel (v-lookup etc.) and Word/PowerPoint to create document.
9. Native level in Japanese and business level in English.
