1. Work with Japan Recruitment Director and Japan Sourcing Lead to deliver to our country sourcing strategy.
2. Partner with our Client Demand Specialists and Recruitment Candidate Management Specialists to understand role requirements and skill profiles.
3. Source candidates through various direct methods, especially use of Job Boards, Employee Referrals, Alumni, Social Media channels and other internal databases.
1. Minimum of 2 years creating candidate market research used for recruitment purposes.
2. Minimum of 3 years of candidate sourcing and scouting experience across different channels (employee referrals, job boards, social media, alumni, agency, etc.).
3. Minimum of 2 year experience with LinkedIn recruiter, Google Search, and/or Boolean Searches.
4. Minimum of 3 years working as part of a team, interacting directly with internal or external clients.
5. Possess a strong online network of talent.
6. Proven metrics from previous employers where direct. sourcing channels are maximized and cost savings achieved.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Fluent in Japanese.
