Responsibilities

1. Manage the forecast and review process, consolidation and reporting
2. Support the Finance Committee and Board of Directors financial presentations
3. Run Global budget process; facilitate capital budgeting, opex, staffing, and recoveries
4. Consolidate and manage the monthly flash and detailed Financial reporting
5. Deliver monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and financial analysis.
6. Oversee Expense Management, revenues, savings, Professional Services tracking and reporting
7. Extract, gather, compile and organize large amounts of data in required templates/formats
8. Ad hoc presentations and management requests for financial information
9. Interface with and manage the BPC and other reporting systems on behalf of company
10. Maintain Headcount reporting across company

Requirements

1. Strong finance/accounting background including experience with company financial close, quarterly financial statements, accounting methodologies, unit cost and metrics.
2. Firm understanding of Technology Infrastructure costs – exposure to Unit Costing, Benchmarking and IT Cost Transparency is a plus
3. Strong Microsoft skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial systems/applications such as Essbase, Clarity, Cognos, Oracle, SAP is a plus. Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookup and macros.
4. Strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple activities, to work independently, to manage multiple work-streams, to produce high quality work products and to work with a strong sense of urgency. The ability to be a creative problem solver, anticipate problems and opportunities and deliver solutions.
5. Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients at all levels; senior finance management and effectively influence regional staff.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to break down complex financial issues and explain them to all levels of management
7. Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting, and MBA, CFA and/or CPA is a plus.
