1. As a Network & Voice Manager, he/she should be able to analysis the root cause of incident, design the new network build-up, and propose the solution for Infrastructure issues.
2. Also he/she should be able to guide members of the team for the detailed actions.
3. Manage up to 10 people
4. Cooperate with other internal/external teams to handle Hardware/Middleware/ Application EOSL.
5. Design and Hands on working of Network/Voice Building and Upgrade.
6. Infrastructure operations includes Equipment, hardware and software management, monitoring, backup and restores, and documentation;
7. Service and support includes Incident management, Problem management, change management and configuration management;
8. Service delivery includes performance reporting, capacity management, disaster recovery and business resiliency.
9. Security includes security operations and access control;
10. Asset management includes procurement, IT asset management, and warranties and maintenance management.



 Experience – Essential:
1. People management experience
2. 10+ years Experience in Network or Voice (Avaya)
3. 3+ years Experience in Network or Voice (Avaya) operation and troubleshooting
4. 5+ years Experience in Development and Building of Network or Voice (Avaya)
5. Basic knowledge in Windows Server/Client, Unix, Linux, Storage
6. 5+ years Experience in Project Management

Experience – Desirable:
1. Experience in Windows Server/Client, Unix, Linux, Storage SI and Operation.
2. Insurance Domain Knowledge
3. Good Professional behavior and attitude
4. Quick learning skill
5. Multi culture environment
6. Comply with Japanese customer work rules
7. Japanese Native Communication skill
