1. Plan central promotion and align with board members.
2. Plan and lead marketing production for central promotion (Mainly printing materials, plus marketing mix).
3. Report promotion status and build back up plans in a timely manner.
4. Check and report advertising budget status monthly.
5. Propose solutions to optimize cost.
6. Annual / quarterly / monthly consolidated promotion planning and execution supervised by manager.
7. Product communication package development & management.
8. Agency management.
9. Advertising budget management supervised by manager.



1. University degree, preferably in Business Management or related subjects.
2. Business English (both written and spoken).
3. Must be fluent in Japanese.
4. PC literacy (Excel, Access, Power Point).
5. Planning and data analysis skill.
6. Proactive leader with strong service mindedness.
7. Communication skills (To other department).
8. Self-disciplined with ability to work with people at all levels.
9. Team Management experience (One subordinate).
10. Creativeness.
