1. Providing support to our account managers.
2. Assisting in handling 2 global accounts.
3. Coordinating with and gathering all necessary information.
4. Ensuring account managers/team members are kept up-to-date with latest information exchange/activities.
5. Internal communication/coordination with account team members.


1. Work experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant (plus).
2. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word, in particular).
3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
4. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
5. Fluent Japanese.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English(TOEIC850点目安). 
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
8. College degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary (plus).
