1. Scale delivery service, maintaining long-term financial viability of Delivery Experience program.
2. Seek, evaluate, plan, and implement a compelling value proposition to membership program in Japan.
3. Work with relevant business unit leaders to introduce and promote benefits in programs.
4. Also work closely with other membership programs’ Product Managers and Merchandisers, and continuously improve customer experience.


1. Strong experience in supply chain or logistics.
2. Business development/strategy experience as well as operational role.
3. Strong analytical skills in interpreting business performance, key financial metrics, online metrics.
4. Project management skills in leadership, communication, identifying key contacts, reporting.
5. Comfortable with data analysis through Excel and internal business intelligence tools.
6. Native level in Japanese and business level in English.
