3. Technical documents preparation and maintenance for cloud-based CRM products and services.

Requirements

1. Above Bachelors.
2. 3+ years working experience.
3. One of the following experiences in mission critical system/web application etc) with 2+ years:
- development
- maintenance
- operation
- support
4. Excellent communication skill.

Plus
1. TOEIC 600+.
2. Programming technology (Java etc).
3. Technical support experience.
