8. Employee relations.
9. Company-wide committee facilitation.
10. Company employee and community communication.
11. Compensation and benefits administration.
12. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
13. Charitable giving; and employee services and counseling.

Requirements
1. Must have hands on experience of full HR role and responsibilities of a large multi-national company.
2. Must be business minded and understand the business process of all functions and operations.
3. Must be highly articulate in English.
4. Must be able to make high level executive decisions working with senior executives.
5. Must have experienced demotion responsibilities, organizational change and be part of multiple project in cultural and organizational change.
