Responsibilities
Responsible for the following activities as a member of F&A Compliance Office.
1. US Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) related services.
2. Financial Operational Review (FOR) related services.
3. US-GAAP related services.
4. Recommendation services on the reports issued by Internal Audit Function.
5. Other Financial, Accounting and Financial systems compliance services.
Requirements
Must have :
1. Audit or SOX Experience (4years).
2. Business Level English.
3. Execution and Flexibility.
Nice to have :
1. USCPA (Holder or Successful Applicant).
2. IT Knowledge or Qualification.
3. Industry Experience.
4. Good Analytical Capability.
