Responsibilities
We will implement “Outbound Call” to customers as one of our sales activities and now are seeking a professional “Call Specialist” who can educate staff about outbound call. The possible candidate must have a willingness to launch new business and she/he might be able to develop his or her own career as a director of a supporting role in general office operation manages in future.
1. Provide initial education, continuing education of call as needed to sales staff and keep up manual.
2. Confirm log call and check QA.
3. Analyze staff’s call activities, design plan of skill development and execute the plan.
4. Formulate and promote call related work with new businesses.
Requirements
The following experiences required:
1. Experience in operating sales related call center.
2. Experience in educating and training call center member.
Plus
1. Sales experience in financial institutions (insurance, banking and securities houses etc).
2. Experience in launching new call center.
