Responsibilities
1. Support the Head of Asset Management Compliance to oversee the Retail, Institutional and Alternative related investment management compliance in Japan, this includes, but not limited.
2. Investment Management Compliance. (Advisory Compliance, Guideline coding and monitoring, Portfolio management/trading surveillance, Project Management within Investment Management Compliance, Support sales practice advisory and desk reviews).
3. Core Compliance (Code of ethics/personal account dealing monitoring, Compliance policies and procedures, Compliance training relating to IMC, Support management information systems (MIS) ).
Requirements
1. Asset Management Compliance experience with high potential.
2. Great personality.
3. Dedicated worker.
4. Bilingual both in Japanese and English.
5. AM compliance background, etc.
