Business Analyst
Salary(¥): 9 - 11 million
Responsibilities
1. The business analyst will report to the VP Global and Asia Strategy whose responsibilities include generation of strategic growth plans and support of the sales process for both Japan and Worldwide.
2. The analyst will support the execution of critical engagements and assist with various strategic projects. In support of engagements, the analyst will perform research, gather and analyze data, contribute ideas, prepare reports, and provide other project-based assistance.
3. Qualified individuals can expect to develop general business and specific consulting-like skills including problem solving, strategy formulation, data analysis, report development, project management, meeting facilitation, and presentation.
4. Analysts must display maturity and professionalism and be capable of working with groups and individuals from all levels in the organization.
Requirements
1. Degree from a highly respected or a “highly competitive” U.S. academic institution (as ranked by Barron’s), or an equivalent International four-year college, in field of business, finance, and/or economics. MBA or similar post-graduate degree is preferred.
2. Relevant professional work experience.
3. High-level of maturity and professionalism and a Fast, Positive, Nimble, “Can do” attitude.
4. Superb oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
5. Excellent quantitative analysis skills.
6. Resourceful and creative in approach to research and problem solving.
