Responsibilities
1. Build up new business flow for outstanding problem.
2. Review extent of the problem’s impact from every possible viewpoint and solve the problem as a coordinator for all essential resources.
3. Responsible for providing suitable solution to customers by optimizing current business process and reinforcing organizational support based on review of incident and analysis of current data.
Requirements
MUST
1. Project leader or team leader experience
2. Knowledge of security industry
3. Knowledge of trouble-shooting (Windows/OS)
4. Knowledge of TCP/IP/various protocol and network
5. Knowledge of trouble-shooting (email/ HTTP)
6. Good Japanese and English communication skill (TOEIC 600+)
PLUS Experience
1. Programming
2. Program’s debug
3. Security consultant experience
4. Support for virus products
Technical Background
1. Technical support experience for enterprise in leading software manufacturer.
2. Security consultant experience or engineer in security operation center.
