Responsibilities
1. Propose business strategy of product planning and development for footwear, accessories as well as to contribution towards sales performance.
2. Responsible to improve company branding images.
3. Analyze data from research firm and market circumstance and competitors.
4. Visit major shops and to obtain the current competitors information and market circumstance.
5. Communicate with headquarters and foreign vendors on daily basis.
6. Communicate with vendors and advertisement agencies.
Requirements
1. 3 years of product planning experience in sports/apparel/consumer companies.
2. Market analysis skill and marketing knowledge.
3. Product analysis skill.
4. Native Japanese and business English skill.
5. Self-starter, team player.
6. Communication skill internally/externally and presentation skill.
7. Negotiation skills with vendors and business partners.
