Responsibilities
1. Join a team of three Customer Relations Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Follow-up with customer inquiries by contacting relevant departments internally and w/ overseas offices in regards to Service Delivery and Service Assurance.
3. Strong coordination skills, ideally with experiences in telecom or IT.
4. Position will report to a team lead in Hong Kong.

Requirements
1. Telecommunications or IT backgrounds.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
3. 3-5 years experience in B2B customer support, or strong project coordination background.
4. Native proficiency in Japanese and advanced proficiency in English.
