1. Increase customer awareness of brands, and drive traffic to the brands from internal and external marketing channels.
2. Identify traffic/demand opportunities, draw effective online marketing strategies, execute plans by meeting multiple deadlines and analyze the results to define the next action from a consumer marketing point of view.
3. Establish and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies and plans from new customer acquisition to engagement.



1. 3+ years of working experience in B2C online marketing, plus the experience of website traffic analysis.
2. Ability to build and execute comprehensive B2C online marketing strategies and plans.
3. Experience designing and executing online customer experiences.
4. Strong communication skills: experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management.
5. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations.
6. Basic understanding and/or experiences of SEO, Paid Search and Social Media.
7. Advanced Excel skills to analyze large amount of data, plus the ability to learn in-house tools quickly.
8. Native level Japanese and business level English (able to read English documents, write an email and attend a meeting or a conference call in English).
9. BA/BS required.
