1. Grow the business and retain existing customers.
2. Work with all escalated accounts in the specific region.
3. Build and Maintain executive relationships with key (Companys) Customer's and Partners.
4. Build executive relationships with (Companys) VP's of Sales for the Specific Region.
5. Build and maintain regional alignment executive success events for your Region.
6. Strong Presentation Skills
7. Maintain deep working knowledge of (Companys product)
8. Consult on (Companys) Adoption Best Practices



 Basic Requirements:
1. Japanese fluency / English business level.
2. BA/BS degree
3. Minimum 8 years relevant work experience.
4. Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
6. Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation.
7. Expertise facilitating customer meetings and presenting to an executive level audience in a concise, inspirational and convincing manner
8. Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment.
9. Ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions.
10. Deep understanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerations.
11. Experience with complex, escalated customer situations, ability to navigate large organizations and gain executive level buy-in
12. Knowledge of sales organizations and approaches.
