04-13 Junior Account Executive/ジュニアアカウントエグゼクティブ

Salary(¥):

6-8 million

Responsibilities

1. Develop an intimate understanding of company Service Partner Agreement and the partner’s commitment and benefits.
2. Develop business plans with partners to achieve maximum, mutual business objectives.
3. Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to better understand their progress towards achievement of goals.
4. Identify and recruit new Japan partners.
5. Work with existing partners to ensure they have the tools, training and knowledge of how to successfully sell, build and support company.
6. Review partner pipelines and surface any issues impeding sales success that company can assist with.
7. Work with partners on co-marketing and company marketing assistance opportunities.
8. Process subscription renewals.
9. Lead opportunity follow up.

Requirements

1. 4-6 years enterprise software sales experience.
2. 2-4 years experience in working with or managing partners or customer-facing role.
3. Strong interpersonal, customer-facing skills.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills.
5. Native Japanese and business level English, written and verbal.
6. Occasional overseas travel as necessary.
