1. Collect information and build presentation decks for team and leadership meetings.
2. Plan, organize and manage the CEO's calendar.
3. Coordinate all executive travel arrangements with the expectation of heavy travel and significant changes on short notice.
4. Organize internal and external meetings, reviews and special events on behalf of your manager and team.
5. Manage and reconcile expense reports and/or purchase requisitions submissions.
6. Answer, screen and document incoming calls and redirect requests to optimize the CEO’s time.
7. Adhere to company's corporate policies and guidelines.



1. 2+ years of experience working with senior level management.
2. Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to converse and write in both Japanese and English language.
5. Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.
6. Ability to create or modify processes and scale best practices across the organization.
7. Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and be flexible.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
