1. Define the regional mobile/online strategy for the games.
2. Oversee the planning and execution of go-to-market plans, and identify priorities for both pre-launch and post-live operations.
3. Work closely with the General Manager in the region, and engage the executive leadership at the headquarters to ensure strategic alignment at all times.
4. Identify key success metrics, and work across functions such as development, production, finance, sales, marketing, and PR to ensure that the outlined goals are met.
5. Use research and analytics to gain deep insights into user acquisition, use behaviors, community engagement, and provide impactful recommendations.
6. Manage resources internally and externally to ensure success in the region, including the identification of optimal business/organizational models.


1. Business level fluency in English and Japanese.
2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the mobile/online gaming industry, including minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
3. Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage a broad set of stakeholders internally and externally.
4. Ability to define a clear strategy, set milestones, and masterfully manage multiple complex projects while prioritizing against competing priorities.
5. Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.
