1. Service clients in all promotional related subjects.
2. Develop and maintain relationship with Japan’s licensors.
3. Manage projects including budgets and timelines.
4. Attend client meetings / phone calls as required and ensure written communication follow up within 24 hours.
5. Respond to client briefs with budget and timelines in a timely manner.
6. Daily follow up with clients, licensors, Hong Kong office on project development/approval, follow projects through to successful completion.
7. Provide local insight/research on programs licensing business/market.
8. Present creative solutions to clients and drive feedback sessions as directed by Account Manager.
9. Communicate with clients and prepare various documents such as internal and client WIP documents, status reports.
10. Develop and understand clients business and market place to generate additional contribution.
11. Proactively gather information around family/licensing market.
12. Support Japan office member with administrative & translation work.


1. 1 – 2 year experience in related industry (for example but not limit to promotional agencies servicing FMCG clients); Candidates with less experience will also be considered for Junior Account Executive. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
2. Degree holder.
3. Good English desirable.
4. Team player.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Negotiation and persuasion skills.
7. Strong creative eye.
8. Detailed-oriented.
9. Outgoing personality would fit in best with the company and our clients.
