1. Be the subject matter expert for all processes related to Partner deals (orders).
2. Solve problems related to partner processes and customer provisioning
3. Respond to a high volume of partner cases in a timely, professional and enthusiastic manner
4. Create quote / order for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to sales order acceptance policies.
5. Process contracts and orders and ensure all documentation is in compliance with revenue and company policy.
6. Collaborate with alliance team and PAMs to solve operational challenges that affect partner success
7. Evaluate and analyze current practices and recommend solutions for ongoing improvements to business process
8. Self-starter; able to translate broad problem statements into concrete action plans and execute against them
9. Inquisitive, questioning mindset with strong critical judgment and close attention to detail
10. Process-oriented individual with a proven history of developing and executing significant process improvement plans
11. Strong executive communication and possess strong level of expertise in Application -ORG62
12. Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment, working with a sense of urgency
13. Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base.
14. Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with a diverse set of business partner


 Minimum Qualifications
1. Ability to consistently manage a high volumes of cases
2. Extremely reliable, punctual and conscientious
3. Excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail
4. Ability to multi-task and perform in a high-paced environment
5. Accepts other duties as assigned
6. Excellent people skills and drive to get things done
7. Experience with reseller/channel business a plus
8. Team collaborator
9. Bachelor's degree
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Deep knowledge of using a CRM system
2. Previous Sales Operations experience a plus
3. A challenger who thrives in a dynamic environment
4. Experience in a customer service-type role preferred
