10-04 Facilities Manager/ファシリティズ マネージャー

Responsibilities

1 To provide a proactive and strategic Facilities Management service
2.Good understanding of delivering Facilities Management services
3.To generate and drive operational initiatives
4.To be accountable for the day to day management and services and driving best practice through the organization
5.To ensure that all properties comply with Health and Safety and legislative requirements
6.To prepare, coordinate and ensure that all fire, life safety, and other safety programs
7.To ensure we drive continuous improvement and deliver service excellence
8.Provide support such as office supplies, equipment and inventory; mail distribution; records management; cleaning, and maintenance services; company cars and parking spaces; vending machines and coffee services; and reception and communication systems (such as telephone, fax transmissions systems, etc.)
9.Operate buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment, including conducting scheduled maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults and undertaking repair
10.To process orders for business cards, ID and access security cards, and manage company-issued mobile phones to employee
11.To establish, manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met
12 To develop and review a workflow how to handle facility service application form on the intranet
13.To provide a facility service for company events such as general shareholders' meeting, etc
14. To inform employees about information related Corporate Administration services by email or intranet
15 To ensure compliance in a facility management including payment of facility related cost
16 To establish guidelines for overseas subsidiaries regarding Corporate Administration requests and services
17 To create a culture of service excellence based on continuous improvement and productivity
18 To develop and implement cost reduction initiatives

Requirements

1 Bachelor’s or Master's degree
2.To be competent in operating a communication device and understanding a diagram or a manual e.g. Majored in civil engineering or architectural course in the university (preferred)
3. Possess good communication skills, proper rapport with people, an analytical mind with proper decision- making skills, proficiency in math and accounting, multi-tasking and organizational skills, basic computer skills, leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, complete tasks independently or as part of a team.
4.At least 4-5 years’ experience in facility management in a company with more than 300 employees(in-house experience prefered)
5. Working knowledge of design, planning, construction, and architectural concepts
6. Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
7. Experience in negotiating and working with external service providers; establishing contracts, contract administration, payments and scheduling.
8.Experience in leading a company relocation and layout modification project
9.Leadership and interpersonal skills
10.Self-starter and can-do attitude to any duties assigned
11. Strong in organize a team from multiple functions, and encourage them for one goal.
12. Should have following license/certification:
Fire and Disaster Manager License, provided by local fire station Health administer (1st grade)
Real-estate transaction specialist
 Business English skill (email communication capability at least)
