1. Work closely with Director of Marketing & sales teams to understand sales goals, targeting and selling strategy to develop marketing plan, mix and tactics to increase brand awareness, consideration and to generate leads and new sales
2. Drive integrated campaigns incl. new and creative marketing and lead generation activities such as events, account based marketing, partner marketing, direct marketing, social tools, advertisements, webinars, collateral and customer case studies, etc.
3. Ability to communicate effectively to a range of people at different levels across the company
4. Analysis & Reporting – Report on program metrics, and use them to repeat programs if successful. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong detail, problem solving, and follow-through capabilities focused on data driven results
5. Oversee budget, metrics and marketing spend ROI
6. Liaise with Field Marketing Managers in other countries as well as Corporate Marketing to share best practices
7. Monitor competitors’ activities, communication and marketing efforts and use insights gained from this process to develop action plans for improving own programs


1. 8 years + marketing experience
2. Mature, independent, strong analytic mind and result oriented
3. Experience in managing social media and any digital platforms for customer engagement, promotion for lead generations
4. Proven campaign management and execution
5. Demonstrate past ROI of marketing activity
6. Experience with Marketing Automation (Marketo) and CRM systems, ideally salesforce.com
7. Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Japanese
8. Contribute to content writing and review for all kinds of marketing materials
9. Strong leadership skills
10. Highly organized with a desire to work autonomously and lead new projects
11. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
12. Excellent team player
13. Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or similar
14. Experience in IT marketing and/or services marketing environment
15. Experienced B2B (not B2C) and IT Software background.
