1. Sales and profit growth through target customer and channel strategy development and execution.
2. Customer base development (# and Share of Wallet).
3. Responsible for all sales force administration with store managers and relevant functions (i.e., HR).


1. University Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Management.
2. At least 10 years business experience in food & drink manufacturers, wholesalers or retail organizations.
3. Preferably, having strong sales experience with small and medium business.
4. Experience to sell many types of the items to sizable # of target customers.
5. Sales team management experience, i.e., more than 20-30 sales staff.
6. Fluent in English and Japanese (both written and spoken).
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to influence and work well with people at all levels.
8. Excellent analytical, problem solving, project management and team leadership capabilities.
9. Profound market and business understanding.
10. Strong Service Orientation towards internal and external customers.
11. Entrepreneurial and customer focus, understands the business and how trading works.
12. Understands and applies to business specifics in other countries.
