1. Support company’s strategy for hotel availability and supply within Tokyo.
2. Promote the company brand name and its online reservation services to hotels, also by visiting hotels located in specific geographic areas of the country.
3. Responsible for area coverage.
4. Inform hotels and advise on allotment, availability and supply.
5. Rate checks and competitor checks.
6. Liaison person for hotels to contact when they have questions.
7. Providing hotels with information and advice by mail and email, including follow-ups.
8. Follow up on cancellations and evaluations.
9. Accompany and train hotels on how to use the company’s extranet and rates & availability system.
10. Support hotels with regards to the company’s on-line system.
11. Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits to liaise with hotels.
12. Check statistics in the control room and follow up.
13. You will also need to be versatile and adapt quickly to the latest guidelines from HQ.


1. 2 years of experience in a relevant account management function.
2. Fluent English and Japanese speaker and writer.
3. Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry.
4. Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently.
5. Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
6. Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
7. Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality.
8. Positive attitude.
9. Hotel School or University background preferred.
10. Driver’s license.
11. Availability to travel 50% of the time.
12. You already have a work permit to work in Tokyo.
