Responsibilities
1. Design, conduct and facilitate quantitative analyses to support marketing’s strategic and financial decisions. Analysis includes proforma P&Ls to evaluate campaigns at contribution margin level.
2. Analysis will include tracking, reporting and evaluating front-end performance, breakeven analysis (simulation) of campaigns and tracking brand sales, returns, cost, etc. pertaining to budget and actuals.
3. Track marketing KPIs regularly and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
4. Build frameworks for regular reporting formats by utilizing Business Intelligence tools by working closely with IT department.
5. Present results and performance analyses to marketing and media team along with recommendations to improve future tactics and strategy. Help identify levers to improve financial performance of tests and campaigns.

Requirements
1. Must have advanced Excel skills and proficient in Power Point and additional database systems (such as Access, Cognos, Business Objects).
2. Business English level is a must (TOEIC 800 or higher).
3. 3+ years analytical experience in MP&A, Marketing, Media and FP&A is preferred.
4. Experience and knowledge in direct marketing, cosmetics, FMCG goods industry is a plus.
5. Experience with continuity or subscription-based organizations is a plus.
