Responsibilities

Seeking a CS Operation Manager to be based in Sapporo. The Customer Service Operations Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, quality and productivity of Sapporo CS site to provide customer satisfaction.

The position requires a person who has the ability to drive process improvements and keep pace with our dramatic growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely customer focused and metrics driven environment.

Requirements

1. Staff management ability.
2. Be a role model of other team members.
3. Management experience in call center and customer center (in-bound/email).
4. Business level English/Native level of Japanese language skills.
5. Skill to negotiate with both other division staff and outside people.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge and operation experience of lean and Six Sigma.
2. Business level of English conversation skills.
3. Working experience in multiple cultures.
