Responsibilities
Location USA
1. Focus on communications and translations in both English and Japanese, including proofing, editing and communicating documents in both languages.
2. Coordinate and project manage the majority of daily translations of business related materials between TPCi (USA) and TPC (Japan) and other Japanese entities.
3. Edit a variety of Japanese technical documents as needed to ensure intended message from English source is captured.
4. Responsible for other project management/coordination work based on business needs.
5. Seek to optimize and simplify processes as they are developed with a focus on continual improvement.
6. Required to maintain excellent working relationships with associates in Japan and understand Japanese and American business cultures.

1. Excellent writing, speaking and presenting skills in both Japanese and English.
2. Demonstrated strong knowledge of localization issues and cross cultural awareness.
3. Excellent project management skills.
4. Ability to manage time efficiently and ability to organize work effectively.
5. Ability to handle a variety of assignments, balance priorities and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently and also demonstrate capacity to work in a team.
7. Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. BA or BS Degree.
