Responsibilities
1. Ensure master data integrity which is critical to drive an integrated end to end planning process.
2. Create clear ownership and roles & responsibilities in order to provide high data quality with the right content, structure and distribution on the right timelines with the right frequency.
3. Harmonize, synchronize and optimize process flows across the different lines of business and systems.
4. Ensure appropriate tools and standards are in place to support the future process and organization.
5. Support systems strategy, development and management.
6. Create a stronger synergy between business and IT.
7. Key interface with global stakeholders for various systems.

Requirements
1. Approx. 4-6 years experience in sporting goods or related industry.
2. Proven leader and developer of people, projects and resources.
3. Proven track record of success in IT, Internal Audit, Finance in an international business environment.
4. University Degree (BA, BS or equivalent).
5. Preference: IT, Finance.
6. Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Access: advanced.
7. Japanese fluent/ English near fluent.
