Responsibilities
Seeking a Leadership Development Manager to ensure that there will be no further duplication and wasted manpower across the network in relation to L&D projects.
Requirements
1. Co-ordinated L&D strategy across JP.
2. Streamlined and lean approach to training delivery.
3. All training evaluated for business impact.
4.Training will be evaluated on tangible return on investment and improved business capability. Working with local HRM and Line Managers to ensure that a deliverable development plan is in place for all Top Tier employees.
5. Partner with Customer Excellence team to drive and implement standard work.
6. Partner with Leadership Development in US to ensure JP presence in projects.
7. To partner with US Director of Learning, US Development Manager and EU to leverage best practice and WW project delivery.
8.Deliver JP consistent Management Development programmes for levels 4-10, in conjunction with programmes devolved from the US.
9.Assist JP with tailor made action plans as a result of the results from AIS/AOS.
10.Assist with Change Management and associated programmes in the JP in conjunction with local HRMs.
11. Ensure that local HR teams can deliver required programmes to set JP standards.
