Responsibilities
1. Take over server operation through merger and construct organization.
- Take over server operation
- Standardize server operation and review document
2. Server operation/management.
- Quality control
- Coordination between in-house and other company for server expansion
- Innovative improvement for server operation
- Troubleshooting
3. Project support and management.

Requirements
1. Experience in operating and managing Windows/Unix Server in Financial system.
2. Vendor control or project leader experience.
3. Experience of capacity planning and resource management of IT infrastructure.
4. Experience of efficiency/optimization in operation is a plus.
5. Ability to handle troubleshooting collaborating with business partners as a team leader or sub leader of adaptable fighting potential.
6. General knowledge of infrastructure (server/network etc).
7. Knowledge of auditing/security is a plus.
8. Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare) environment is a plus.
9. Ability to propose redundant configuration and implement changeover.
10. English skill is a plus (TOEIC 600+ desirable).
