Seeking an energetic and passionate individual to lead a team, under Operations Department (In-bound, QA, Out-bound team) for Chiba, Osaka and Kyushu locations.

Sr. Operation Manager / Operation manager will manage over 500 people and it will be more than 1,000 people during peak period. Primary responsibility for the Position is to deliver safe and secured environment for all employee as well as our company.

Based on this, He/she is also responsible for all department goals which are Quality, Productivity and Cost. We always focus on improvement of customer experience because the operation is the closest process to customers and its quality level directly impacts customer retention.


1. 15-20 years of experience in Logistics or Manufacturing Industry.
2. People Management Skills (5+ years).
3. TQM/OE/6-sigma skill and experiences are plus.
4. Negotiation and Communication skill for both internal and external.
5. Process/Production Management Skills.
6. Fluent communication skill in writing/speaking and listening.(Japanese/English).
7. Cost Management Skills.
8. Project Support Management Skills in service expansion.
