1. Consult with business using market data and provide technical expertise and support for Rewards programs administration and communication, including job grading, compensation planning, short-term incentive programs, benefit/wellness programs.
2. Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
3. Lead the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing Rewards programs
4. Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing reward administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
5. Analyze personnel cost and ensure provide accurate data/report to Finance team in a timely manner.
6. Lead to develop reliable/efficient process in Expat support to manage both of operation and cost including payroll with alignment to Global Mobility.
7. Oversee OHS activities and manage improvement projects. Lead developing report to Global OHS team in a timely manner.



1. Bachelor degree with 4 years+ experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits with global/regional experience preferred.
2. Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct/indirect influence.
3. Self-directed and able to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent analytical and diagnostic problem solving skills.
5. Ability to create dynamic tools and models in interpret and analyze data.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal presentations that demonstrate business acumen – multilingual
7. Understand Japanese labor laws, legal restrictions for new programs, systems.
8. Fluent in Japanese, business level English.
9. Highly proficient in Excel; familiar with SAP.
